Makani Kai Homesite #4 is 22,204 sq.ft. and features panoramic seascapes, warm sunsets and stunning Ocean views. The homesite is graded, padded, and the home built here will look out over the 11th fairway.
The land offerings at Kukui‘ula range from one-third acre to three acres each in size, and include some of the last Kaua‘i coastline still available for building. Homesites are located near the Clubhouse and along hillside slopes and ocean overlooks—or as we say—from mauka to makai.
