Each of the 19 homesites are unique and have inspired our world-class architects to create concept plans specifically for Kula Makai. WRNS Studio were inspired by the light at Kaua`i for their concept plan of a two level home that takes advantage of the commanding views. Homesite M has tremendous potential and the concept plan is but one example of what is possible here at Kula Makai.
The land offerings at Kukui‘ula range from one-third acre to three acres each in size, and include some of the last Kaua‘i coastline still available for building. Homesites are located near the Clubhouse and along hillside slopes and ocean overlooks—or as we say—from mauka to makai.
