The Hiʻilani Fitness facility includes a variety of state-of-the-art equipment. Fitness classes including yoga, barre, BOSU, pilates, qi gong, cross-training, strength training, and Structured Functional Fitness emphasize personalized instruction, hands-on alignment, and supportive coaching. Certified instructors are available for one-on-one fitness assessments to create a tailored work-out plan that meets your individual goals. The weekly class calendar is posted outside Hiʻilani Spa boutique and is available from the concierge at the Clubhouse.
