Provision and produce items change daily, limited to supplies on hand.

30 Oz. Ahi Tuna (Diced)
1/2 Sweet Onion (Diced)
1/2 Cup Green Onion (Diced)
1 Oz. Sesame Oil
Hawaiian Salt to Taste
5 Scoops of White or Brown Rice
Drizzles of Wasabi Aioli & Sweet Soy Sauce
5 Tbs. Furikake
Green Onion for Garnish (Julienned)
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Place poke on rice selection, sprinkle furikake, then drizzle with wasabi aioli and sweet soy sauce. Garnish with julienned green onions. Makes 5 onolicious servings.
For your convenience, The Farm team delivers fresh flowers, fruits, herbs and produce to the Farm Stand, located next to The Clubhouse. The free selection changes with the seasons and the needs of the culinary staff. Mangoes and Papayas are in their prime May to September, along with heliconia and torch ginger. You’ll find a supply of produce bags and tools for flower arrangements.
