There are always new and exciting things happening at The Spa at Kukui’ula! The latest fitness movement to find its way to Kukui’ula is our new fitness class, MELT.
MELT is an acronym for Myofasical Energetic Length Technique, which is a self-treatment method that helps alleviate chronic pain through a series of precise movements. We started this class in July and it quickly has become one of the most popular classes we offer!
Emotional, mental, and environmental stressors such as processed foods, medications, environmental toxins, and daily worries all build tension in the body. These can also be known as “stuck stressors.” MELT helps break up and disperse this tension in a simple and relaxed way.
