The holidays are closing in and as the season begins to change, so do the dinners at The Club! The Club now offers an array of weekly dining options including guest chefs and cuisine from featured local restaurants. Getting a real taste of Kaua’i has never been easier.

Paniolo Family Dinner
Corn on the cobb, baked beans, bbq baby back pork ribs, huli huli chicken, sweet potato bread, root beer floats
Southern Family Dinner
Wedge Salad, Country Gumbo, Cornbread, Grilled Pork Chops, Southern Cooked Greens, Buttermilk Whipped Potatoes, Bananas Foster
Portuguese Family Dinner
Sweet Bread, Sautéed Portuguese Shrimp, Portuguese Bean Soup, Seafood Paella, Malasadas
The Club will also offer Wine Dinners featuring Hawaii’s Own Master Sommeliers – Chuck Furuya & Patrick Okubo. Pair your meals with rich, earthy tones or light, citrusy notes. All you have to bring is an apetite!
Special Farm Dinners will be held featuring Guest Chefs from our islands and farmers & ranchers featuring Kauai Food Products. Businesses include: Kauai Shrimp & Clams, Moloa’a Coffee, Makaweli Meat Company, The Rancher’s Daughter, Kauai Kunana Dairy, Kauai Beer Company.
Recently we were lucky enough to enjoy Chris Kajioka, former chef of the private restaurant Vintage Cave on Oahu, as a guest chef for a Farm Dinner.
