Members put their hands in the ground and feel the essence of the island – many of them harvest the bananas, papaya, chard, citrus, herbs, pineapple, arugula and breadfruit for themselves. At every Plantation House meal, they savor the sweet, satisfying flavor of whole, balanced living.
Of course, many members simply sit back and enjoy the farm-to-table dinners that are a delicious tribute to the fertility of the farm.
